We need a new gutters for the house Tom gave one of the best presentations we’ve ever heard. The installers were courteous, prompt, and did an outstanding job.
Tom, Brandon and Installers were Extremely efficient and professional team in my humble opinion because they out of their way to make sure one section of the home worked perfectly together with two different height gutters.

Professional and efficient

Tom at Gutter Buddy was very helpful in pricing out the gutters we needed installed and gave me an estimate for the rest of the sections we’re going to get done in the future. Did not pressure us to move forward with more than what we wanted, and was helpful in explaining the different options and add-ons such as gutter guards that are available.
Update: We had them do the rest of the house and everything came out looking amazing! Very well priced and excellent service and quality.

The crew came out did an excellent job taking down old gutters that by the way were nailed and stapled down very good by the crew that replaced my roof 10 years ago. But they took their time took them down neatly and replaced them even better than they were before. Installed leaf-guards and they look great. The crew was very professional and kept me informed in their progress and did a neat and fantastic job.

Excellent service and very nice people to work with

Considering several companies failed to show, either for the initial estimate or the scheduled installation, my initial expectations for Gutter Buddy was extremely low.
My first surprise came when Tom called me mere hours after my husband’s first contact with Gutter Buddy to schedule a quote – not days later but that Sunday afternoon. When he arrived at my home, Tom listened intently, taking notes, measurements and pictures, as I detailed our need for gutters around our back deck and to reconfigure the existing gutters along the second story roofline. In addition to functionality, I also stressed any additions be aesthetically pleasing since the deck was one major focal point of our backyard.
The estimate provided by Gutter Buddy was also surprising. Instead of picking some exorbitant price from thin air after eye-balling my home for only two to three minutes, Tom provided a thorough breakdown of work to be conducted at a cost well within my budget (and far less than the prior no-shows for work). Tom also said the installation of no more than a day could be scheduled within two weeks. Signing the contract with Gutter Buddy was a no-brainer after confirming with hubby. But that wasn’t the last time I spoke with Tom that day. He surprised me again by calling less than an hour later to inform me he wasn’t comfortable assuming a color they had in stock would be a good match. He actually came back to our home with color samples in hand for me to choose the right shade of brown AND mentioned they might be able to schedule installation as soon as Thursday, which was only four days away! Surprise #4!
Tom called the following day (Monday) to advise of an unexpected availability and asked if I’d be okay with installing gutters on Tuesday. Was he kidding? I had been waiting for over a year for gutters so at this point, I was willing to reschedule a bypass surgery to be available.
It’s probably too late to “make a long story short,” but hubby and I are absolutely thrilled with our new gutters. Gutter Buddy sent a 3-person team to install our gutters. The foreperson reviewed the installation instructions with me before starting work and brought me out a few times to approve various steps of the installation process. Whereas I was anticipating three downspouts, they were able to customize the second story to where it diverted water directly into the deck gutters with the two remaining downspouts connected to the drains in our patio. (HUGE surprise!) Before wrapping up, the foreperson led me on a tour of the installation, explaining the why’s and what-for’s while patiently answering my plethora of questions. After the team left, Tom came to my home to collect payment but more impressive, to make sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied with both the level of work done and if I had experienced any issues with his team’s performance.
To say they all were professional, courteous and respectful with excellent communication would be an understatement! Tom’s responsiveness (and patience) coupled with Gutter Buddy’s team’s experience and obvious dedication must be a huge contributing factor for their multiple well-earned 5-star reviews. My husband and I spent a part of last night sipping flavored water on the patio and yes, we glanced at our shiny new gutters every now and then and smiled. I can’t identify who not to call but we will definitely recommend with extreme confidence Tom and Gutter Buddy CA.
Tom, please expect to receive a call from me within the next year to review our options for gutter screens. I really appreciated your commitment to focusing only on getting gutters installed before the next good rain. As you advised, we most likely won’t need screens for all our home’s gutters, so we’ll follow your advice to check back with you after a few good leaf-dropping storms. But I must warn you…you’ve dramatically raised the bar on my expectations.

Really appreciated the speed of response in getting our gutters cleaned and protected with their gutter guards. Price came in under budget and Tom and Brandon were very helpful. Not pushy at all, simply gave us options and let us decide with no pressure. They came out and finished the job quickly and did not leave a mess afterwards. My neighbor was so impressed so also hired them! They said if we ever have problems they will take of it. Great company.

Tom was amazing. He came to my home the same day I called requesting an estimate. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He told me what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to talk me into replacing all my gutters. Additionally, the quote was extremely reasonable.
